Hi Marc,

The error is already discussed in this forum thread: https://www.telerik.com/forums/telerik-ui-for-asp-net-ajax-2025-q1-license-key-build-error.

The solution is to use this VB syntax: <Assembly: Telerik.Licensing.EvidenceAttribute("...your license code string...")> or a telerik-license.txt file.

Maybe you should update your manual pages accordingly.

Only the C# syntax is shown there.

Thanks for the great tip, Marc! I've already created a knowledge base article on this topic: Resolving TelerikLicense.vb Build Error for ASP.NET AJAX 2025 Q1 License Key. I will also update the License Activation Errors and Warnings to include the error.
