Hello everyone,
I posted few days ago about problem with radmenu: http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/aspnet-ajax/menu/radmenu-issue-after-deploy-on-production-machine.aspx

But really rad components didn't work at all, because they couldn't to load CSS. Every request to WebResource.axd returns 404 error.
I tried all advices from there http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/web-resources-troubleshooting.html. But it still doesn't work.
I use IIS 7 on production server, and telerik dll lib located in bin directory. After few hours after deploy all begin work fine, but after every update - we need to wait, so we lost too many time after every fix. Please advise, what I should to do to save this time?

Hello Michael,

Having such issues after upgrading is unexpected. Perhaps your web server is performing some sort of caching.

Have you tried putting a RadScriptManager on your page to see whether it resolves the issue?

All the best,

I already have RadScriptManager in main master page. On our local server this issue doesn't appears, appear only on customer server.

Hi Michael,

This is unusual. Please capture the traffic of such a problematic page load with FiddlerCap and send us the logs through a support ticket for inspection.

Best wishes,
Simon

Hi blade230,

Michael has not sent us FiddlerCap logs so we still do not know what is causing the problem on his side.

If your problem is specifically 404 error, please see this blog post for troubleshooting info. If the advice there does help, can you provide us with FC logs so we can troubleshoot at least your case?

I found that our problem came from the way we put in production our Web Site... We were doing a zip file, look like the DLL didn't like it...
