Hello David,
The Telerik UI for WPF suite actually contains controls allowing to display all three types of documents. The respective controls are RadRichTextBox, RadSpreadsheet and RadPdfViewer. You can see them in action in our demos (or in the Silverlight version here) and their documentation is available at:
- Getting Started with RadRichTextBox
- Getting Started with RadSpreadsheet
- Getting Started with RadPdfViewer
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Petya

Hello ROLANDO,
At the moment of writing of this reply, the Telerik UI for WinForms suite contains PdfViewer and RichTextEditor controls which are equivalent to the RadRichTextBox and RadPdfViewer in WPF. You can take at the following resource for these two controls. As for the equivalent RadSpreadsheet in WPF. With R3 2017 version of Telerik UI for WinForms, we are going to introduce Spreadsheet control for WinForms. You can take a look at our UI for WinForms RoadMap for further information.

Hi, Yann,
With the current implementation of the Document Processing Library, you will not be able to achieve the scenario in UWP or Xamarin environments as the library does not support .NET core/ .NET standard setups.
