Hello,
If by text wizard you mean the Fiddler Script Editor then yes. There is the FSE.exe in Fiddler folder you can start.

Thanks, but no, I mean the nice tool that converts format, like from / to base64, from / to encoded URL, etc.
In fiddler, on the toolbar, there is the 'text wizard' button.

Ah I see. Well, sadly, this tool is not accessible outside Fiddler as of present.

Having TextWizard as a standalone .exe would be great! I might just have to make one myself.
