Hello Jason,
As noted in the Known limitations of Telerik Reporting thread, currently we don't offer search. This functionality makes sense and we would consider including it in subsequent versions. In the meantime to improve the navigation within the reports our suggestion is to use a Document Map if applicable for your scenario. Additionally you can export the report to a format such as PDF, Excel or Word where searching is accomplished by the viewing software.

Hello ,
There is no search feature yet. To ease the navigation in the report you can use the approach described by my colleague with the Document Map, or export the report into a format that allows you you to use custom search.

Search operation in the report's content is not supported. The task is considered for implementation but not scheduled for a release. Please feel free to use the feedback portal to raise the task priority.
Meanwhile, we can suggest you the Document Map and Table of Content (R3 2016) features.
