Guys, is it possible redirect any requested or any links that will be requested to my own link in an apk/android app?

There is an android app that requests some files like .jpg, .js and many more. I wonder if there is a way to AutoRespond them. I want this to work when you launch the app on your Android phone. I bet it's not possible but oh well...
