Dear Telerik Support,
Is there a way to pull up a RadWindow from a desktop shortcut in a way that hides the parent window and also does not require you to click on a button from the parent window in order to pull up the RadWindow?

Hello Jim,
RadWindow exists only in the context of the parent page in which it was created - you cannot call it with a desktop shortcut. What you can do however, is to use a desktop shortcut that will open an aspx page with the RadWindow declared in it with VisbleOnPageLoad set to true. This way when you open that page from the shortcut, the RadWindow will be shown as well.
