I have installed RadEditor For SharePoint MOSS 2007 permium edition. I followed the instructions step by step. The problem I am having is that when I try to create a hyperlink when editing the Telerik webpart, in Forefox, the links are not created. It allows me to go through all of the normal settings but when i hit Ok the link is not there.
If copy and paste a hyperlink in from Word the link works just fine.

Can anyone please help me out, I am new to RadEditor and really need this to work.
thanks,
Ian

Are there any changes to the web.config file that i need to make?

Hi Ian,

I see that Lini already answered your support ticket. For convenience I am pasting his reply below:

Our editor is using the MOSS Asset Picker dialog to create links. This dialog has a known issue with the Firefox browser. Microsoft has fixed this issue in MOSS 2007 Service Pack 1. You need to either install the SP1 release or replace the asset picker dialog with the built-in RadEditor link dialog. To enable the internal link dialog, open the editor's tools file (\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\wpresources\RadEditorSharePoint\4.5.0.0__1f131a624888eeed\RadControls\Editor\ToolsFile.xml) and rename the "MOSSLinkManager" tool to "LinkManager". Note that the built-in editor link dialog does not have the ability to browse the existing pages (no Browse... button). If you need this functionality the only available option is to update your MOSS installation to SP1.

All the best,

Thank you very much for your help. I have tried both solutions in our test environment pre MOSS Sp1 and post Sp1 succesfully.
