Grid Skin not showing properly

1.I using latest version of telrik dll.In Previous version dll i was used "webblue" Skin.But in latest dll webblue skin shows enterly different than previous version dll.

2.How i can add css property into dll?

You can either modify the existing skin or create a custom skin for your RadGrid control refering to the old skin. Here's a help document on how to get this done:
