The current standalone version of Fiddler is 4 and is available through our website, https://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler.
Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you for choosing Telerik Fiddler.

Unfortunately, we don't distribute a portable version of Fiddler 4 in the sense that you can run it without installation. However, there are a couple of options to try and these are below.
1. If the goal is to just capture traffic, check out FiddlerCap which will create a capture archive for review.
2. It is possible to open the Fiddler 4 executable and extract the contents as shown in the Is there a Non-Installable Version of Fiddler StackOverflow question.
I hope these options help. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

I support a portable version too.
Also keep in mind even using the solution from the link above still creates HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Fiddler2 so always remember to delete it when you're done using the portable solution.
This means the Fiddler installation does something extra. Can you detail here what it does so we'll portabilize it as well?
Hi Lior,
The scenario is currently not officially supported, yet I tried copying the install folder (C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Programs\Fiddler) to another location, then uninstalled Fiddler and made sure the settings file and registry keys are removed. On my side, Fiddler is still capturing traffic, with the limitations mentioned by Eric in the linked item.

Hi Boby,
I'm glad it works for you, but your lnked also mentioned "It fiddler is also available as portable tool, then browser hooks may not work, rest is fine."
This sounds exactly like my own experience and I've tried it in multiple computers.
P.S.
I've previously mentioned having to delete a registry key.
I highly recommend everyone who act upon this topic, to follow the linked Stackoverflow question because I have comments there about other needed steps too, not just removing the registry key.
The only thing missing is the hooks...
Hi Lior,
Indeed, the integration with the browsers rely on registry keys, so it's not working when Fiddler is just x-copied. Thanks for updating the StackOverflow topic with your observations as well!

You're welcome!
Can you share with us those registry keys so we'll be able to add them to the actions needed for a standalone solution?
Also, if possible, I've also mentioned in StackOverflow that FiddlerScript Editor gets broken unless you move FSE2.exe from the main folder into the ScriptEditor subfolder. Why isn't FSE2.exe found by default in that subfolder? Can you fix that by default?
Hello Lior,
I can understand your need, but currently I can't provide correct information about which keys are needed and which not. This will require thorough investigation and testing, and official support of a stand-alone version is currently not scheduled.
