I suppose you just download the trial version av asp.net Ajax controls and you will get the project...

The mentioned example was made using the RadControls for ASP.NET 'Classic' controls. It is not available for RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX. Unfortunately, RadControls for ASP.NET 'Classic' are not available for evaluation anymore.

I think it is just for demo purpose, not for you to download, if you want to try some shopping cart platform, I would suggest you check this .Net shopping cart software which is fully packed with bunches of features for every aspect of your e-business.
