but year still 2012 instead of 2555 ( I changed culture to th-TH)

Please excuse me for the missunderstanding. The Kendo DatePicker supports only the Gregorian calendar. The lunar calendar is not supported and that is why the shown year is 2012.

Unfortunately, no. As I pointed in my previous reply only Gregorian calendar is supported.
