Hi Fabio,
We have a built-in Bootstrap skin that can be used with all of our controls as of our Q1 2015 release. It is enough to set the Skin="Bootstrap" property to any of our controls:

We do not have plans for Bootstrap 4 skin for the moment, but you can log a feature request for that in our Feedback portal. If the item becomes popular, our developers will consider its implementation in a feature release:
